Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At CS Gaming Hub, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products, allowing you to return items that don't meet your expectations.
We understand that purchasing gaming equipment is an investment in your gaming performance, and we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds at CS Gaming Hub.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Products with broken seals or that have been opened (for hygiene reasons, such as earbuds)
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products or software that has been downloaded or activated
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@csgaminghub.com or call +444729178575 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days.
If your return is approved:
- For credit/debit card payments: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- For PayPal payments: The refund will be processed to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days after approval.
- For other payment methods: Our customer service team will provide specific information about the refund process.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as for returns. In your initial contact with customer service, specify that you would like an exchange and provide details about the item you would like instead.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less than the original purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
- Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as for returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through one of the following options:
- Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
- Repair of the item (for eligible products)
- Full refund, including shipping costs
We may require photos of the damaged or defective item to process your claim. For items that develop defects after the initial 48-hour period but within the manufacturer's warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy section below.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold by CS Gaming Hub come with a manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty terms and coverage period vary by product and are typically included in the product packaging or can be found on the manufacturer's website.
In addition to manufacturer warranties, CS Gaming Hub offers an extended warranty on select products:
- All CS Gaming Hub branded products come with a 2-year limited warranty
- Gaming chairs include a 5-year warranty on the frame
- Gaming peripherals (mice, keyboards, headsets) include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos or videos demonstrating the problem. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve returning the item for repair or replacement.
Restocking Fees
Most returns accepted within the 30-day return period will not incur a restocking fee if the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
However, the following situations may result in a restocking fee:
- Items returned without original packaging: 10% restocking fee
- Items returned with missing accessories or components: 15% restocking fee
- Items returned with signs of use beyond reasonable inspection: 20% restocking fee
Any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our customer service team will inform you of any applicable restocking fees before processing your return.
Return Shipping Guidelines
When returning an item, please follow these shipping guidelines:
- Use the original product packaging whenever possible
- If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy box with appropriate padding to prevent damage during transit
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes on the package
- Include a copy of the RMA documentation inside the package
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records
- Insure the package for the value of the merchandise
CS Gaming Hub is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Refunds for Special Orders and Promotions
Special Orders: Custom or special-order items may have different return policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Generally, custom-configured products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Promotional Items: If you received a free or discounted item as part of a promotion and wish to return the qualifying item, you may need to return both items to receive a full refund, or the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
Bundle Purchases: For bundles or sets, all items in the bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund. Partial returns of bundle items may result in an adjusted refund based on the individual item prices.
International Returns
For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies, but please note the following additional considerations:
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items
- Due to the additional shipping time, we recommend initiating international returns as soon as possible within the 30-day window
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
- Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees
